A running biotech unit engaged in the manufacture of Lactic Acid Bacillus ( Earlier known as Lactobacillus Sporogenes) based on fermentation.
Its a small scale biotech facility well equipped with adequate infrastructure with two 600 Lts fermentators along with centrifuge for the manufacture of Lactic Acid Bacillus (Probiotics) based on fermentation with bioler and other ancillaries apart from a standby generator to support the manufacturing process.
We are exploring the possibility of LEASE/JOINT VENTURE to either manufacture any ENZYME or any product based on fermentation using the two fermentors already existing with us and add new fermentors depending on the product.
The unit is suitable to manufacture any product based on fermentation using fermentors that include Enzymes / Probiotics or any Bio-Fertilisers using the existing facility and can be further expanded to suit any product, as sufficient area is available for expansion. We are exploring and looking for Lease / Joint Venture of the existing facility or even upgrade the facility to suit manufacture of any other product based on fermentation, as sufficient land about 7500 Sq Yds is available to expand the existing facility. Already nearly 8500 Sqft RCC structure with 14Ft ceiling height is existing to support the manufature of the existing product and can be expanded further, nearly about 3-5 fermentors of 1000 Lts or 2 fermentors of 50KL can be added so as to increase the production capacity suitable for any Oncology product.
