A coating line is a production procedure that involves continuously and automatically coating various materials with protective or ornamental coatings. To improve the longevity, aesthetics, and performance of items, this procedure is frequently employed in the manufacturing, construction, aerospace, automotive, and other sectors of the economy.
The material to be coated is often fed through a succession of stages or stations in a coating line, each of which is responsible for a different task in the coating process. These steps could involve surface preparation such as cleaning and pre-treatment, application of the coating substance (which could be paint, powder, or another kind of coating), curing or drying to firm the coating, and quality control checks to ensure the finish is what is intended.
