Selected Trainees will be subjected to training for next 3 months. Based on the interview and Written test the employees will be provided induction program for 1 to 2 weeks during which their Coding, Analytical, Design Skills, Project Skills are assessed. The candidates will be subjected to a particular stream and trained under supervision of expertise. Programming Tools and Project Management Tools, Real Time Project exposure, AV (Audio Visual) based Training will also be provided. The Candidates successfully completing the training will be either absorbed or assisted for interviews with associated IT Companies.
